GTS 150
Codenamed G92b, the GTS 150 had one major technology addition. The introduction of 3D Vision. 3D vision improved the look of 3D objects and also started the support of field of view accross monitors.
As with the GT 140, the GTS 150 used DDR3 DRAM. This card had the highest fillrate and the most amount of CUDA cores of all the GeForce 100 series cards.
This card had 128 CUDA cores, double what the GT 140 was built with. Another big improvement was the GP/s. The GPixels a second is double than what the GT 140 had at 47.232 GT/s. The GPixel a second wasn't improved that much but still went up to 11.808 GP/s
